Appointments booked through drijratnani.in can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment time may attract a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service charge.
In the rare event that we need to cancel your appointment due to unavailability of the resource person or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be initiated to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days.
Refunds for completed services are generally not provided. However, if you are dissatisfied with a service, please contact us at help@drijratnani.in, and we will address your concerns on a case-by-case basis.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment source.
